The
Professional Golfers’ Association Tournament Procedures as defined in Part 6 of the
PGA Regulations are applicable. Your attention is drawn in particular to the following:
Tournament Rules Part 6B: 3.1.
Association
tournaments shall be governed by the Rules of Golf as published by the Royal & Ancient
Golf Club of St Andrews, the PGA Conditions of Competition and Local Rules card as well as
the additional Local Rules for each event, save that certain alterations and additions
that may be deemed necessary and stipulated from time to time by the Executive Committee.
The Notts PGA Committee has the sole
right to interpret the Conditions of Competition and reserves the right to rescind, alter
or add to them from time to time. Such interpretation to be final.
The Notts PGA will not be liable for:
(1) Any loss or damage to any property of members and/or amateur players who will be
solely responsible for the safety of all of their property together with making full and
proper insurance arrangements in respect of the same and;
(2) All and any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss) howsoever,
whensoever or wheresoever arising save in respect of death or personal injury due to the
negligence of Notts PGA.
